These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between mpt4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", or "you") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services provided at https://mpt4d.cam ("the Website").

By creating an account or using any service on the mpt4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. mpt4d reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the mpt4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mpt4d or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the mpt4d Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf as the account holder and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and not acting under duress or impairment at the time of registration or when placing bets or making deposits.

mpt4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending satisfactory verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in permanent account closure.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the mpt4d Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — including through the use of different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. mpt4d relies on this information to verify your identity and process transactions.

KYC Documentation Requirements:

• Identity Document: A clear copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad, both front and back), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months confirming your residential address.
• Payment Verification: Confirmation of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing your registered name).

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. mpt4d may request updated documentation at any time and may place a hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

mpt4d accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Supported payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the maximum single deposit is RM30,000, unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. mpt4d will not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• mpt4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, for which mpt4d accepts no liability.
• Deposits are final once processed. mpt4d does not accept chargebacks. Any attempt to reverse a deposit via your payment provider will be treated as a fraudulent act and result in permanent account closure.
• mpt4d reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Players may request withdrawal of cleared funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by mpt4d's finance team.

Withdrawal Processing Times (approximate):

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): under 5 minutes upon approval
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes during standard banking hours
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): 30–90 minutes subject to network confirmation

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume, for accounts requiring additional verification, or due to circumstances outside mpt4d's control. mpt4d does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum single withdrawal is RM50,000 per transaction unless otherwise agreed for VIP accounts.
• mpt4d reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple transactions processed over consecutive business days.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The withdrawal recipient must be the registered account holder.

mpt4d offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered using real money deposits first before bonus funds are applied to qualifying bets.
• Bonus offers are valid for registered account holders only. mpt4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus offer once. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account closure.
• mpt4d reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or exploited the bonus in bad faith.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, specific table games) may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirement calculations. Contribution percentages are specified per promotion.

All games offered on the mpt4d Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and arcade games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including mpt4d itself.

Sport betting outcomes are determined by official competition results as published by the relevant sporting body or broadcaster. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, mpt4d's decision — based on available official data — shall be final and binding.

• Placing a bet constitutes your binding acceptance of the odds and terms displayed at the time of bet placement. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• mpt4d reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or data feed malfunction.
• In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time. mpt4d accepts no liability for the unavailability of any market at any time.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per Player. These limits may be applied at mpt4d's discretion, including for winning Players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpt4d Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or extract data.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in the Platform, whether related to games, bonuses, or payment processing.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in relation to any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other unlawful financial transaction.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.
• Using someone else's payment method to fund your Account without their explicit written consent, or conducting transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or e-wallet provider for funds legitimately deposited to the Platform.

mpt4d is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. We offer a range of tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications when a session reaches a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary restriction of Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: A formal request to restrict Account access for a period of 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

mpt4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or maintain satisfactory KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal behaviour.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A third-party self-exclusion notification indicating the Player has registered on a national or industry-wide exclusion scheme.
• At the Player's own written request.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining cleared Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC compliance.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mpt4d reserves the right to forfeit all funds — including both real money Balance and Bonus Funds — and to pursue recovery of any losses incurred as a result of the Player's breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpt4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of winnings, profits, or data.
• Interruptions to the Platform arising from technical failures, maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond mpt4d's reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events, network outages, and payment processor downtime).
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game data, odds feeds, or sporting result data provided by third-party suppliers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any taxation liability that arises in your jurisdiction in connection with your gambling winnings. It is your sole responsibility to assess and comply with all applicable tax obligations.

Where mpt4d's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

All content on the mpt4d Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of mpt4d or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from mpt4d.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use mpt4d's brand names, logos, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional material without explicit prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of mpt4d's intellectual property will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

mpt4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, identity documents, and financial transaction data for the purposes of operating your Account, processing payments, complying with applicable regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements), and improving our services.

mpt4d implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. All data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the details set out in Section 17 (Contact Us). Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

mpt4d reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to individual Players. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.

We will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes through a notice posted on the Website or via email to the address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpt4d is licensed and registered to operate. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mpt4d regarding the outcome of a game, a bet, or any Platform transaction, the Player should first contact our Customer Support team to attempt informal resolution. mpt4d's decision on any dispute — made in good faith and based on available evidence — shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute resolution processes that apply in the Player's jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
